Bailiff's Diary: w/e 7th October 2011

Still can’t put our finger on the unseasonal fishing.....it’s just a weather thing, we have even checked the water quality too, and no problem there.......there has been an excessive amount of bait put in during the summer, that can’t help either..!!! Just hoping they haven’t put on their winter weight already!

Regardless of catches, everyone had a good time; Barty was also in attendance, that helps!! I’ll start on DL1.


Lee Ford 47lb Common DL1

Lake 1
In no particular order Nick Webster in the ‘Kingfishers’ had 5 fish up to 40lbs-12ozs on Revolution baits.

<<< Lee Ford >>> in the ‘Chimney’s’ had 3 fish including 3x40lbers, Mirrors of 41lbs-5ozs, 43lbs and a Common of 47lbs-5ozs on 10kg of Cell.

Danny Fry in the ‘Ladies Lair’ had 3 out on Cell.

Couple of the lads just had a fish each, Tony Watson ‘Lodge’ took 5 on the Cell.

Ross Eaglestone ‘EastBar’ had 3 fish on the Cell.

Peter Carter ‘Snags’ had 5 fish on the New Grange or Cell combo 10kgs.

 

James Millward ‘3 Steps’ took 5 as well, the best tipped the scales at 43lbs on 10kg of the Cell.

Mick Owen >>> ‘Deer Dip’ took 6 including 3x30’s and 2x40lbers, a Mirror of 44lbs-8ozs and a Common of 44lbs-4ozs on 5kg of Cell.

<<< Glen Hammond ‘Slope’ had 9 fish out, the best 47lbs on 5kg of Cell.

Rael Bojko in the ‘Cherries’ had a 6 fish catch up to 39lbs-14ozs, nearly a 40 on 10kg of the Mk 1.

 

Lake 2
Grim on there this week.

Mark Whinn in peg 9 was the best with his 8 fish catch on 15kgs of Prems.

Lady Di next door in 10 had just the 2 fish and that was sadly the picture for most on there this week.

Roger Goode >>> having the only 40 on the Cell from peg 27.

Andy Leeks >>> in peg 2 took 6 fish including, fish of 44lbs-3ozs and 46lbs-8ozs on the Cell.

<<< Chris Brown in peg 12 had 7 out including 3x40’s of 44lbs-8ozs, 46lbs-8ozs and 47lbs-14ozs then a Common of 53lbs on the New Grange.

 

Darren Stamp >>> in 13 had 3 out up to 55lbs-8ozs and a 90lb cat on the Cell.

Charles Smith >>> in peg 5 had 8 fish including 3x40lbers of 42lbs-8ozs, 44lbs-1oz and 44lbs-8ozs on the Cell or New Grange. Charles is back again the week after too!!!

James Moorhouse >>> peg 2 had 12 fish up to 40lbs on Scopex.

Danny Armitage >>> in 4 had 14 fish including a Common of 42lbs and a Mirror of 49lbs-7ozs.

Craig Rawnsley >>> had over 20 fish including a 46lb Mirror from peg 4 on Inception baits.

Angus Green >>> in peg 1 had 17 fish including 2x40’s on Premiers.

Oliver Hantley >>> in 5 took 7 fish including 2x40lb Mirror, and a 103lb Cat too!! Ugh!! Well done geez!!
